Shetland Half Caff Blend

Inspired by the Shetland pony, this half caff blend is a hardy, flavorful blend that packs a little less of a kick when it comes to caffeine.  It's a smooth blend of our single origin Morochucos Peruvian Roast that's 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaffeinated (decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process). Perfect for those who get the jitters with full-strength caffeinated coffee and those who enjoy coffee later in the day but don't need that high caffeine kick-start.

Our brand uses the Swiss Water® Process (a chemical-free method using only time, temperature, water, and coffee) to remove 99.9% of caffeine from the bean. This gentle process allows the coffee’s unique characteristics to shine through, free of chemicals or residual processing flavors.

What Is Specialty Grade Coffee: It's the highest quality coffee available, scoring 80+ points under standards set by the Specialty Coffee Association. It’s carefully grown, hand-picked, and roasted for quality rather than volume, resulting in a smoother, more flavorful cup than mass-market coffee. It costs more because every step requires more care.
