Shipping policy
All of our coffee is roasted fresh, packaged, and shipped after you order it within about 3 days. Orders received on a weekday will typically either be roasted the same day or the next available business day, and then packaged and shipped out the subsequent business day. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will typically be roasted the next available business day, and then packaged and shipped the subsequent business day. In other words, we strive to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible so that you can have your coffee within about 5 to 7 business days. This ensures you receive the freshest product possible.
Sometimes your orders will come from different locations so they may be shipped in separate packages. We do that to get them to you the fastest. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact us anytime via the Contact page.
Merchandise is not generally shipped with coffee since our merchandise is located within a different warehouse. Due to this, you'll receive the merchandise in separate packages, and sometimes different pieces of merchandise are shipped separately to speed delivery times and you will be provided a tracking number for any separate package.
Gift baskets are an exception to this, when offered, coffee and merchandise will be shipped together as a set. The listing will explicitly state this if/where applicable.
Please note that USPS, UPS, and FedEx delays are causing some delays for certain customers. Our primary facility is based out of California, and shipments either across the country, to rural areas, or to U.S. territories may take more time due to greater travel distances. Please also keep in mind that any coffee ordered from us is being roasted fresh, we are dependent on delivery services that try their best to transport goods as quickly as possible, and we are all appreciative of your patience and politeness.
